Katchafire to heat up Shell

New Zealand-based Katchafire arrives in Honolulu this weekend for its only Hawaii performance of 2010 as the headliners at “The Mayjah Rayjah” at the Waikiki Shell.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow with all ages welcome, although promoters have stressed there will be no “beer garden” at the venue to keep those over the age of 21 from drinking on the grass. Local openers for the show include All Natro, Kolohe Kai, Nesian N.I.N.E., Cease Fiyah, the Green and Straight Up.
The concert also will double as a CD release party for Rebel Souljahz’s latest album, “Bring Back the Days.”
