Student video marathon set at Pearlridge

Nearly 600 student-produced videos are scheduled to be screened tomorrow at the second annual “‘Olelo Youth Xchange Video Marathon” at Pearlridge.
With assistance from Sony Hawaii, multiple large-screen monitors will be set up at both the Uptown and Downtown center courts; mall customers also will be able to enter to win a Sony HDvideo camera.
Along with the screenings, a brief ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow with remarks by representatives from ‘Olelo Community Media, Sony Hawaii and Pearlridge.
