Owl City’s breakout single, “Fireflies,” almost made Adam Young a star — almost because his quiet demeanor keeps him a relatively anonymous personality despite his success. Young returned to Hawaii last weekend to play his second concert in as many years at Pipeline Cafe. Owl City’s sophomore album, the platinum-selling “Ocean Eyes,” was re-released earlier this year with additional material included that was left over from the album’s recording sessions.
