The Long Beach Dub All-Stars was the first group started by the two surviving members of Sublime after the passing of original lead singer Bradley Nowell. This photo comes from 1998’s “Big Mele” concert — about a year after the group was formed.

Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh are now touring with singer/guitarist Rome Ramirez under the band name Sublime with Rome. The band will stop in Hawaii this November; tickets are available now for a Nov. 19 show on Oahu and a Nov. 21 date on Maui.

» Date: Nov. 15, 1998
» Venue: Kualoa Ranch
» Also on bill: Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Blink-182, Candlebox, Home Grown and Matchbox 20
